Postal Play

On the first turn players submit a location only. On all subsequent turns, they must submit

a) The action to perform - bid, exhibit, play of thief or detective.
b) A new location for the next turn, which can be conditional on the result of their action.

The turn report contains the following information:

a) The position of each player on the scoring track (which has the two numbers shown on each square).
b) Cheques held by each player.
c) Thieves held by each player.
d) Current location of each player.
